2. Information and investment statements
This website describes Pronto's activities, team experience and its role operating New Altitude. It does not create an investment commitment, professional advisory relationship or entitlement to funding or support. It is not an offer or invitation to the public to purchase securities or other financial instruments. Individual investment arrangements require applicable approvals, due diligence and definitive signed agreements. Website content is not personalised investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
3. Historical information and future statements
Historical accelerator metrics describe previous programs operated by members of our team and are not the investment track record of Pronto or New Altitude. Featured companies are selected examples. Fundraising data is based on public information unless stated otherwise and may be rounded, incomplete or revised. It is not an audited measure of investment returns. Future plans and targets reflect current intentions and assumptions and may change. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
4. Content and permitted use
Website text, images, designs and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to Pronto or the relevant rights holders. You may browse, link to and quote limited extracts with appropriate attribution where permitted by law. Commercial reproduction or distribution of substantial content, or use of our branding, requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Third-party names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply an endorsement or relationship beyond that expressly described.
5. Responsible use and external links
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or availability, or use it unlawfully. External links are provided for convenience. Linked websites and independent providers are governed by their own terms and privacy information; Pronto does not control their content or operation.
6. Accuracy, availability and liability
We seek to provide accurate information but content may become outdated or contain errors, and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Please contact us to verify information material to a decision. Liability is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts mandatory rights.
7. Applications and separate agreements
Applications are currently on hold: the application form and its terms will be published on the New Altitude website when applications open.
Applications are made through the New Altitude website under its Application Terms and Application Privacy Notice. Pronto operates the process on New Altitude's behalf. Separate signed agreements govern any investment, support engagement or other contracted service and prevail over general website descriptions for that engagement.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update website content and these terms prospectively. The current version and effective date will be published here. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections or jurisdiction rules. These terms do not establish an exclusive court jurisdiction.
9. Frequently asked questions
The New Altitude application form, its Application Terms and its Application Privacy Notice will be published on the New Altitude website when applications open. Until then, write to info@prontoventures.vc.
What is Pronto Ventures?
Pronto Ventures is a Torino-based venture platform backing ambitious founders and connecting startup ecosystems across Europe. We operate New Altitude, support emerging entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneurship Academy, and bring communities together through our Connect events.
What is the relationship between Pronto Ventures and New Altitude?
Pronto Ventures operates the startup selection and founder-support activities for New Altitude. New Altitude Ventures S.r.l. is the separate entity responsible for the final investment decision and any investment commitment.
Where do I apply?
Applications are submitted through the New Altitude website, rather than this website. Please read the Application Terms and Application Privacy Notice provided at the application form. Pronto manages and reviews applications on New Altitude's behalf. Until the application form is open, you can get in touch at info@prontoventures.vc.
Does every startup receive EUR 200,000 to EUR 400,000?
No. EUR 200,000 to EUR 400,000 is an indicative investment range for startups selected and approved by New Altitude. Applying, attending meetings or progressing through the selection process does not guarantee funding. The amount and terms are assessed individually and remain subject to due diligence, final approval, available capital and definitive signed agreements.
How does the selection process work?
Phase 1 — Apply: Submit an application through the New Altitude website. Only startups that pass the first screening are invited to a Founder Call.
Phase 2 — Founder Call: Invited founders speak with our team about their vision, team and support needs. We then decide whether to invite the startup to a Deep Dive.
Phase 3 — Deep Dive: Selected startups join one or more sessions exploring product, market and team. We let you know whether you will progress.
Phase 4 — Investment Decision: Our Investment Committee reviews startups that pass the Deep Dive. Those approved are recommended to New Altitude for its final investment decision.
Progression at any stage does not guarantee selection or investment.
Who makes the final investment decision?
New Altitude makes the final investment decision. Pronto operates the assessment process and recommends startups approved by its Investment Committee. A recommendation is not a commitment to invest.
Is the investment a grant?
No. Funding is an investment with contractual rights and obligations, which may include equity or future equity rights. The instrument, amount, economic terms and any agreed costs are specified in the investment agreements.
Is this website an investment offer?
No. It provides general information about Pronto Ventures, New Altitude and their activities. It is not a binding offer or commitment to fund a startup, or an offer or invitation to the public to purchase securities or other financial instruments. Any investment requires the applicable approvals and definitive signed agreements.
What do the historical accelerator figures refer to?
They relate to previous accelerator programs operated by members of our team and illustrate their prior professional experience. They are separate from the investment track record of Pronto Ventures and New Altitude. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Where do the fundraising figures come from?
Unless otherwise stated, figures are based on publicly available company announcements, press releases and media reports, as of the date indicated. They may be rounded, incomplete or subsequently revised and have not been independently audited by Pronto. They describe funding reported as raised by the companies, rather than investment returns or amounts invested by Pronto or New Altitude.
Are featured companies representative of every company supported?
Featured companies and milestones are selected examples. They do not represent every company supported, and individual outcomes vary.
Does support guarantee fundraising or commercial success?
No. Support, mentoring and network access do not guarantee additional funding, customers, revenue, growth or an exit. Startup outcomes depend on many factors, including factors beyond our control.
Are introductions to investors or corporate partners guaranteed?
No. Introductions depend on relevance, availability and mutual interest. An introduction does not guarantee a meeting, investment or commercial agreement.
Does applying transfer ownership of my company or intellectual property?
No. Applicants retain ownership of their company, intellectual property and submitted materials. The Application Terms provide the limited permissions needed to evaluate and process submissions. Any investment-related rights are set out in separate signed agreements.
Should I submit confidential information?
Provide enough information to assess your business, but avoid unnecessary trade secrets, source code, sensitive personal data or information you are not authorised to disclose. The Application Terms explain the applicable confidentiality protections and permitted sharing. Submitting an application does not create a separate non-disclosure agreement.
How is application data handled?
Please read the Application Privacy Notice on the New Altitude website. Pronto operates the application process on New Altitude's behalf. Relevant materials and internal assessments may be shared with authorised reviewers and advisers as described in that notice. Questions concerning Pronto's processing may be sent to privacy@prontoventures.vc. For personal data collected through this website, see our Privacy Notice.
Are future plans and targets guaranteed?
No. Statements about future investments, the number of companies supported, activities or expected outcomes reflect current intentions or estimates. Actual activities and results may differ depending on approvals, resources, market conditions and other factors. Binding commitments are governed by signed agreements.
Can the process or support activities change?
Selection stages, indicative timelines and support activities may evolve. Material changes are communicated to affected applicants or participants. Signed agreements remain governed by their terms.
How current is the website information?
Information reflects the position at publication or the date stated. Company milestones, fundraising figures and program details may change. Contact us if you identify an error or need confirmation of a specific detail.
Does the website provide professional advice?
Website content is general information and is not personalised investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Obtain independent professional advice when assessing investment terms or making related decisions.
